Yes! CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, CrossFit workouts can be tailored to meet your needs. Our focus is on functional movements that improve your overall fitness and help you in everyday life.
Absolutely not! CrossFit Mastermind welcomes everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Our coaches will scale each workout to your current ability, and as you progress, we’ll guide you to take on more challenges.

It’s simple! Just sign up for your FREE introductory class through our website or give us a call to schedule a consultation. Our team will introduce you to the basics and help you get familiar with our programs and community.

Membership & Pricing FAQs

What are your membership options?
We offer flexible memberships based on how often you want to train. You can choose between 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week, or unlimited classes. We also offer specialized programs for competitors and an Open Gym option.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership anytime. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your plan to give you more access to classes or specialized programs like Apex.
Yes, we offer special discounts for First Responders, as well as groups of up to 4 people and couples. Contact us to learn more about these exclusive offers!
